The sowing of the third rotation of seeds of conifers has been completed in the Forest Seed Breeding Center of the Republic of Tatarstan

In the Forest Seed Breeding Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, the sowing of the third rotation of seeds of conifers has been completed. A total of 4 million pine seeds were sown.

"18 people were involved in the work, it was done in 2 weeks, - said the director of the center Ruslan Gazizov. - Now the seedlings of the first and second rotation are gaining strength in the fields. Thus, we have fulfilled the plan for sowing for the current year, now we need to make every effort to grow the planting material."

Let us recall that the production capacity of the LSSTS RT is 12 million pieces of seedlings with ZKS per year. As part of the first and second rotations, 8 million seeds of pine, spruce, larch, birch, and caragana were sown here.
