Specialists of the Kamsky forestry enterprise take care of crops in the basic forest nursery
Employees of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kamsky Forestry” carry out work on the care of crops in the basic forest nursery. “Our nursery is located in quarter 46 of the Bersutsky district forestry of the Kamsky forestry, its area is 5.6 hectares. This year we sowed pine and oak seeds here with an area of 0.8 hectares, - said the director of the forestry farm Farit Mugminov. - We are currently looking after the seedlings. This is regular watering, weed control, and inter-row soil cultivation”.
“We also carry out work on the care of two-year, three-year-old seedlings. A total of 6 people are involved, - added Farit Mugminov. - In general, this year it is planned to grow at least 965 thousand pieces of standard planting material for reforestation in 2022”.
It should be reminded that in the Republic of Tatarstan as a whole this year, sowing of seeds in forest nurseries was carried out on an area of 21.1 hectares.
