The Department of Forestry for the Volga Federal District considered the issues of eliminating contradictions in the information of the state forest register and USRN
Today, a videoconference meeting was held at the Forestry Department for the Volga Federal District on the elimination of contradictions in the information of the state forest register and USRN. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Head of the Department Anton Trifonov.
The event was attended by representatives of forestry management bodies of the Volga Federal District, including from the Republic of Tatarstan - First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov.
During the meeting, issues of implementation of the Federal Law of July 29, 2017, No. 280-FZ “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation to eliminate contradictions in the information of state registers and establish the belonging of a land plot to a certain category of land” were discussed.
In particular, First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov said that as of July 20 of this year, changes were made to the state forest register about 485 land plots on an area of 59.3 hectares located within the boundaries of Arsky, Isleitarsky, Laishevsky, Prigorodny, and Privolzhsky forestries.
