Today, the Federal Forestry Agency hosted a videoconference meeting on the implementation of the current legislation in the field of establishing public easements. It was chaired by Vyacheslav Spirenkov, Deputy Head of the Federal Forestry Agency. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, forestry management bodies of the Vladimir, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod regions, the Chuvash Republic, including from the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan - the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov.
During the meeting, the main problems arising during the establishment of a public easement on the lands of the forest fund, existing contradictions in the interpretation of the norms of the Land Code of the Russian Federation and the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, etc. were discussed.
