In the Republic of Tatarstan, air patrols of the forest fund are carried out. So, the next flight was made yesterday, on August 8, by the employees of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Forest Fire Center" on the aircraft Cessna 172.
The total length of the route was 568 km. No fires were identified as a result of the patrol.
Along with this, ground and space monitoring of the fire hazardous situation continues in the republic.
Recall that by fire safety rules, it is prohibited in forests:
- use an open fire (bonfires, blowtorches, stoves, barbecues, braziers) in young coniferous stands, in burnt-out areas, in areas of damaged forest, peat bogs, in felling areas (in felling areas) not cleared of felling residues (wood residues formed in the felling area when felling and skidding trees, as well as when clearing trunks from branches, including the tops of felled trees, picking off, twigs, brushwood) and harvested wood, in places with dried grass, as well as under tree crowns;
- throw burning matches, cigarette butts, and hot ash from smoking pipes, glass (glass bottles, cans, etc.);
- use when hunting with wads from combustible (capable of spontaneously igniting, as well as igniting when exposed to an ignition source and burning independently after removing it) or smoldering materials;
- leave materials oiled or soaked with gasoline, kerosene, or other flammable substances (paper, cloth, tow, cotton wool, and other flammable substances) in places not specially provided for this;
- refuel the fuel tanks of internal combustion engines when the engine is running, use cars with a faulty engine power system, and also smoke or use open fire near cars fueled with fuel;
- to carry out work with an open fire on peat bogs;
- to burn out brushwood, forest litter, dry grass, and other combustible materials (substances and materials that can ignite spontaneously, as well as ignite when exposed to an ignition source and burn independently after its removal) on land plots directly adjacent to forests, protective and forest plantations, and not separated by a fire-fighting mineralized strip with a width of at least 0.5 meters;
- litter the forest with production and consumption waste.
Violation of fire safety rules in forests entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens for up to 3 thousand rubles, on officials - up to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities - up to 200 thousand rubles.
