Employees of Prigorodny forestry and Prigorodny forestry enterprise took part in a voluntary Saturday work in the Yudino settlement
Saturday, September 11, voluntary Saturday work in the Izumrudny Lake in Yudino settlement in Kazan took place. The event was organized within the frames of the All-Russian voluntary Saturday work and the federal project "Preservation of Unique Water Bodies" of the national project "Ecology".
Employees of ministries, departments, organizations, institutions, and enterprises of the republic took part in the clean-up day, including the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan - specialists of Suburban Forestry and Suburban Forestry Enterprise.
The event was held in the form of a quest game called "The farther into the forest...". Participants were collecting trash and dividing it into fractions at speed. For each collected bag activists were awarded points, which were later exchanged for prizes. A total of 327 bags of trash were collected during the cleanup.
The collected waste was taken away by the regional operator, UK PZhKH, and sent for recycling.
