"Its goal is to ensure a balance of forest depletion and reproduction in a ratio of 100% by 2024."
To achieve this goal, 2 target indicators have been established: "the ratio of the area of reforestation and afforestation to the area of cutting down and dead forest stands, %" and "damage from forest fires, million rubles."
The minister said that reforestation work was carried out on an area of 2231 hectares under a regional project this year. "Today the value of the first target indicator is 83%.
