The Forestry Department for the Volga Federal District considered the implementation of the federal project "Preservation of Forests"
Today in the Department of Forestry in the Volga Federal District a meeting was held in the mode of videoconference on the implementation of the federal project "Preservation of Forests" within the framework of the national project "Ecology". The meeting was chaired by Deputy Head of the Department Sergey Kovalev.
The event was attended by representatives of forestry management bodies of the Volga Federal District, including from the Republic of Tatarstan - Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov, specialists from the structural divisions of the Ministry.
During the meeting, the issues of achieving the target indicators of the federal project "Preservation of Forests" in 2021, procurement of forestry, and forest fire equipment were discussed. Representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Mari El, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Forestry and Ecology of the Perm Territory, etc. also made short reports.
