Fire safety training on interaction of forces and fire extinguishing means of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan and Laishevo municipal district was held on the territory of the forest fund of Laishevo forestry this year on May 20. Participants of the drill are to meet at 9 am. Address: Laishevo, 57 Lebedeva str.

All in all, 101 people from 46 constituent entities of the Russian Federation participated in the contest organized by the Federal Forestry Agency together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the Moscow Region Forestry Committee and the Ministry of Education of Moscow Region.

       The graduate of the Forestry Secondary School, and the representative of school forestry “Nature heirs” (Arsk forestry), Marat Zaynullin, was rated the first in the category “Forest management and forest science”, and he was awarded with the Diploma of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Ecology of the Russian Federation and the Federal Forestry Agency for his piece of work “Morphological variability of fir cones as an indicator of the quality of seed raw materials in the context of Arsk forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan”. He performed the work under the guidance of his biology teacher, N.I. Safiullina; N.M. Yatmanova, assistant professor of Kazan State Agricultural University, candidate of agricultural sciences, was his scientific consultant.

Supply of timber to the sites of the plant “Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry” from forestries of the Republic was renewed. The meeting in the administrative building of the Special Economic Zone “Alabuga” was held by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nail Magdeev. Heads-foresters and directors of subordinate establishments reported on the process of procurement of timber and its transportation by the Forest transportation company.

At present, 120,835 square meters of wood were supplied to Elabuga.

The Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, A.A. Safarov, the Head of the Administration of Bakhchisaray district of the Republic of Crimea, I.R. Umerov, First Deputy Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kh. G. Musin, participated in the planting of trees. The seedlings for planting were brought from basic forest nursery of the State Budgetary Establishment “Scientific Experimental Prigorodny Forestry”. Despite the rain, which is an important condition for survival of plants, many citizens of Bakhchisaray came to the sites of planting.

The team of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan including Adel Bayazitov, Albina Almeeva, Raushaniya Kamalova and Niyaza Tazmeeva successfully performed at the running contest, i.e. a relay race for 500 m that was held in Kazan at the field-and-track complex “Manezh”.

During Nizhny Novgorod Fair, in the framework of the 16th International Scientific and Industrial Forum “Great Rivers” a round table was held regarding explanation of rules and norms related to regulation of the circulation of round timber in compliance with the Federal Law No. 415-FZ “On making amendments to the Forest Code of the Russian Federation and the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative violations”.

In the framework of fire safety and forest protection campaign “Forest watch” organized by the Federal Forestry Agency together with the National organization of Russian scouts, a meeting with representatives of the Republican scout center “Scouts of Tatarstan”, pupils of school forestries of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of the Ministry was held at the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Agreements on joint patrolling of forest fund allotments and holding of propaganda campaigns with the population with regard to protection of forests from fires and violations were reached during the meeting.

Experts of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and foresters took part in the drill regarding forest taxation on practice grounds of the training ground of Kazan Subsidiary of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Roslesinforg” on the territory of Prigorodnoe forestry; they also heard the lecture on the state inventory of forests and received recommendations on evaluation of forestry events. Chief Engineer of the subsidiary of “Roslesinforg” “Povolzhsky lesoproject”, Nikolay Petukhov, supervised the drill.

As a result of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign, 91 violations on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan were revealed and eliminated; moreover, 63 protocols on administrative violations were drawn up including 10 protocols in compliance with Article 8.31 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation against 9 individuals and 1 official; 53 protocols in compliance with Article 8.39 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation against 53 individuals. All in all, 37 individuals and 1 official were held administratively liable. The fines in the amount of 80.7 thousand rubles were imposed. By this time, the fines worth of 6 thousand rubles were collected.

During the reporting period, 45 places of unauthorized placement of solid domestic waste in the amount of 66.5 m3 were revealed on the area of 1769.5 m2, whereof 38 landfills on the area of 1769.5 m2 were liquidated, and 66.5 m3 of wastes were removed to the sites of authorized placement.

Clearing of forestlands from dry wood was carried out in the amount of 18 cubic meters on the area of 8 ha in forests near roads, federal and republican highways.

The contest is held by the Federal Forestry Agency together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the Committee of Forestry of Moscow Region and the Ministry of Education of Moscow Region. Following the results of the federal (correspondence) stage, senior pupils, students of educational establishments of secondary professional education, heads of school forestries – all in all, 101 people from 46 constituent entities of the Russian Federation were invited to participate in the final stage of the contest.

During the contest the Republic of Tatarstan is represented by school forestry “Heirs of nature” (Arsk forestry) and Lubyansky Forest Engineering College.
