Fellow workers of the nature reserve continue collection and removal of solid domestic waste from forestlands and water protection areas in the course of the events held in the framework of the nature protection campaign “Clean forests of Tatarstan”. Pupils have been actively engaged in this work as well. The pupils explain to the citizens the Fire safety rules in forests and consequences of careless handling of fire for the forest.
Guest of the festival has become a specialist GPKZ "Long Glade " Tatyana Nikitina . She told the teachers about the protected areas of our country , the nature reserve "Long Glade " and methodological assistance that can be provided in the reserve specialists work on ecological education of the younger generation.
The Tatars familiarized with the work of state companies “Bakhchisaray forest management enterprise” and “Kuybyshev forest management enterprise”. Due to entrance of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian legislative field, there appeared a necessity to adjust the normative basis of the forestry of the peninsula accordingly. In order to improve the work of forest management companies of the Crimea, the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan is willing to share its experience and provide methodological offers regarding creation of a new legislative and production structure using the example of its forestry management companies.
During the meeting with the head of the Bakhchisaray district, Ilmi Umerov, the prospects of district forestry development were discussed along with the assistance that can be rendered by the Tatars with regard to landscaping and beautification of the city. In the context of rendering targeted assistance to the forestry of Bakhchisaray, Tatarstan is willing to provide sufficient amount of various planting material to plant forest vegetation considering the peculiarities of forest growth zoning of the Crimea.

In connection with the entry of the Republic of Crimea in the Russian legal framework , there is a need to align the regulatory framework forestry Peninsula at an appropriate direction. In the period from 10 February to 31 March 2014 in 8 subjects of the Russian Federation Region ( Republic of Bashkortostan, Mari El , Mordovia, Tatarstan , Udmurtia , Perm, Kirov , Nizhny Novgorod region) held interagency operational- preventive action " Timber ". During this time, 329 cases were identified transportation timber with no set of documents ( the largest number of cases observed in the Perm region - 156, in the republics of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan such cases have been identified ) .
Both representatives of our country more than once participated in environmental competitions and won prizes : I. Shayakhmetov participated in the II meeting of school forestry Russia (Krasnoyarsk , 1 seat ), D. Fomin took 1st place at the XIV Republican Student Scientific Conference "Youth , creativity , modernity ."
