Tatarstan citizens can join the International Bird Watching Days
These days the world is hosting the International Bird Watching Days. The purpose of the observation days is to draw public attention to the conservation of species and number of birds, and nature protection in general.
The main task of the action is to rewrite all birds encountered over a certain period in different parts of Eurasia and send the results of their observations to national coordination centers. Birds are considered by children and adults, professional bird watchers, and nature lovers of a wide variety of professions. The results of such massive simultaneous accounting are of great scientific importance.
The countries participating in the International Observation Days compete with each other: where the largest number of bird species will be marked, the largest number of individuals will be taken into account, in which country will be the maximum number of participants in the action.
