The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted for public discussion a draft program for the prevention of risks of harm to legally protected values for 2022
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed and posted for public discussion a draft program for the prevention of risks of harm (damage) to legally protected values when the Ministry exercises powers for federal state forest control (supervision) on forest lands in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022. This work was carried out by Article 44 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020, No. 248-FZ "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" and Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 990 of June 25, 2021 "On Approval of the Rules development and approval by control (supervisory) bodies of a program for the prevention of risks of harm (damage) to legally protected values" to stimulate conscientious observance of mandatory requirements by all controlled persons, eliminate conditions, causes and factors that can lead to violations of mandatory requirements and (or) harm (damage) to legally protected values, creating conditions for communicating mandatory requirements to controlled persons, raising awareness of how to comply with them.
The draft program is posted in the subsection "Prevention of violations of mandatory requirements" of the section "Federal state forest control (supervision)" (https://minleshoz.tatarstan.ru/rus/file/pub/pub_2941418.docx).
