In the Moscow region, based on the interregional competence center - a technical school named after S.P. Korolyov, professional and applied competitions among students of educational organizations "Forest All-Around" are held. This year, teams from 8 universities, as well as 17 forestry colleges and technical schools of the country gathered to demonstrate their professional skills. Among them are students of the Lubyanka Forestry College, Sergei Ivanov (41st forestry group), Marsel Nizamiev (41st forestry group), and Ilnaz Bikmullin (31st forestry group).
"Forest All-Around" is a professional competition, where each stage of the competition demonstrates the practical skills of the participants in the implementation of forestry activities. Students of forestry technical schools and colleges compete in such disciplines as "Basic work in the cutting area", "Allocation and inventory of cutting areas in mature stands", "Reproduction of forests", "Simulation of forest fire extinguishing", "Federal state forest supervision". University students demonstrate their knowledge in the areas of "Forest protection", "Assessment of a forest area and the appointment of measures", "Reproduction of forests", "Federal State Forestry Supervision", "Simulation of extinguishing a forest fire".
Representatives of FBU Avialesoohrana, FBU Russian Center for Forest Protection, All-Russian Institute for Advanced Training of Leaders and Forestry Specialists, etc. are involved in organizing and conducting the stages of the forest all-around. The competition will last until October 2 of this year.
