Rosleskhoz: the composition of the forest development project submitted for public discussion
The Federal Forestry Agency has developed and sent to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation proposals for the draft order on the composition of the forest development project. Document posted online for public comment.
An important novelty of the draft order is the expansion of the list of mandatory cases of making changes to the forest development project (for example, when making changes to the state forest register based on the results of state monitoring of forest reproduction; based on the results of forest management activities carried out within the boundaries of the forestry, entered in the state forest register, etc. ), as well as an indication of the possibility of making changes in other cases at the initiative of persons using forests.
The project also established requirements for the format of a forest development project in the form of an electronic document created using XML schemas that ensure the reading and control of the submitted data.
