From 01 to 08 October this year, the state forest inspectors carried out 401 patrols of the lands of the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the same time, 3 violations of forestry legislation were revealed.
In total, since the beginning of 2021, within the framework of the transferred powers in terms of the implementation of federal state forest control (supervision), forest protection, 18.0 thousand patrols in forests have been carried out, more than 600 reports on administrative offenses have been drawn up. The most frequent offenses were violations of the rules of sanitary and fire safety in forests, the terms of contracts by users of forest areas.
Along with this, 1.3 thousand warnings were issued on the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements and requirements established by municipal legal acts in terms of the forest legislation of the Russian Federation.
