In GBU RT "Almetyevsky Forestry" 920 thousand pieces of standard planting material were grown
The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Almetyevsky Forestry" completed an inventory of planting material in basic forest nurseries. "In total, 920 thousand seedlings have been grown this year, of which pines - 350 thousand pieces, oak - 56 thousand pieces, ash - 492 thousand pieces," said Rasikh Fatkhutdinov, deputy head-forester of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Almetyevsky forestry". "This planting material will be used for reforestation next year."
According to him, in 2022, on the territory of the Almetyevsk forestry, work will be carried out to plant forest crops on an area of 35 hectares, and to supplement forest crops on 60 hectares.
"The laying of protective forest plantations is also planned. But the volumes have not yet been determined," added Rasikh Fatkhutdinov.
