Forestry specialists of the republic improve their qualifications
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan pays special attention to the formation and improvement of the personnel potential of the industry. The priority areas of personnel policy are vocational training, retraining, advanced training of employees in educational organizations, creating conditions for the disclosure of their skills and abilities, and promoting professional growth.
"Since the beginning of the year, 14 people have been trained - these are government civil servants of the Ministry, employees of forestry and forestry enterprises of the republic," said Elvira Ziyatdinova, head of the sector for civil service and personnel of the Ministry. "Also, at present, another 8 people are taking courses. The training was organized based on the All-Russian Institute for Advanced Training of Executives and Forestry Specialists and the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University."
