The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed issues of creating a republican forest fund
Today, the Ministry hosted a meeting on the development of a roadmap for the creation of a republican forest fund. It was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov. The discussion was attended by Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Deputy Director of the State Budgetary Institution "Fund for Spatial Data of the Republic of Tatarstan" Ruslan Komarov and others.
Opening the meeting, First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov stressed the relevance of the issue of creating a republican forest fund. "This instruction was given by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov. It is necessary to count all forests that are not included in the forest fund," he noted. "According to various estimates, such forests in our Tatarstan are located on an area of 90 to 150 thousand hectares."
During the meeting, the issues of digitizing orthophoto maps with establishing the boundaries of protective plantations that are not included in the forest fund, setting the cadastral boundaries of such forests, carrying out regulatory work to create a republican forest fund, etc. were discussed.
