Important information for forest users
Following subparagraph 4 of paragraph 6 of Article 4 of the Federal Law of 04.02.2021 No. 3-FZ “On Amendments to the Forest Code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of improving the legal regulation of forest relations” from January 1, 2022, accompanying documents for timber transportation will be formed exclusively in electronic form using the unified state automated information system for accounting for timber and transactions with it or special software integrated with it, information on the termination of such an accompanying document will be entered into the specified information system.
Following subparagraph 6 of paragraph 6 of Article 4 of Federal Law No. 3-FZ, from January 1, 2022, a report on wood imported to the warehouse and taken out of the warehouse, a report on wood and wood products are generated using LesEGAIS or specialized software.
To implement these provisions, the following have been developed:
- a subsystem for ensuring traceability of wood LesEGAIS (browser version used at automated workstations of users in online mode);
- mobile application (used on mobile devices with iOS and Android operating systems in online and offline modes).
