Today Fanil Akhmadullin, head of the lease relations department of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, delivered a lecture on the topic "Interaction with the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of forest and land relations, requirements of forest legislation" at the Tatar Institute for Retraining Agribusiness Personnel. The lecture was organized for the heads of regional departments of agriculture and food in the framework of training under the terms of the implementation of the state program "Integrated development of rural areas."

During the meeting, Fanil Akhmadullin told the audience about the rules for using forests for agriculture, the rights and obligations of persons who decided to take a forest plot for these purposes, the current regulatory legal acts, etc. "The rules for the use of forests for agriculture are established by Article 38 of the Forest Code Russian Federation," he noted. "Citizens and legal entities can lease a forest plot. If the production of agricultural products will be carried out exclusively for their own needs, the site may be presented for free use or with the establishment of an easement."

The speaker also dwelled on fire safety rules in forests and measures of responsibility for their violation.

At the end of the lecture, Fanil Akhmadullin answered the questions of the training participants, in particular, about the establishment of ravine and ravine forest plantations, the coordination of the boundaries of agricultural lands with lands of the forest fund, etc.
