Forest industry specialists explain fire safety rules in forests at gatherings of citizens of rural settlements
In the Republic of Tatarstan, preparations for the fire season in the forests of 2022 continue. According to the work plan of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of forestries make presentations on fire prevention at gatherings of citizens of rural settlements.
Thus, Andrey Ilmukhin, head of the forestry department of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Aksubayevsky forestry”, took part in the gatherings of citizens of Staroilderyakovsky, Starokiremetsky, and Urmandeevsky rural settlements of the Aksubaevsky municipal district. He spoke about the work carried out by the Ministry and its subordinate institutions to prevent the occurrence of forest fires and recalled the responsibility for violating fire safety rules in forests. “Violation of fire safety requirements in forests entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens for up to 3 thousand rubles, on officials - up to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities - up to 200 thousand rubles. If a violation is committed under the conditions of a special fire regime, the amount of the fine increases,” said Andrey Ilmukhin.
The head-forester also reminded those present of the need from the day the snow cover melted to clean the areas adjacent to the forest from dry herbaceous vegetation, crop residues, dead wood, logging residues, production and consumption waste, and other combustible materials, or to separate the forest with a fire-resistant mineralized strip or other fire-fighting barriers.
District foresters of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Aksubayevsky forestry” made presentations at the gatherings of citizens of the Savrushsky, Staroibraykinsky, Novoibraikinsky, Belovsky, Starouzeevsky rural settlements of the Aksubaevsky municipal district, the district forester of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kamsky forestry” Rustem Gilmutdinov - at the gatherings of citizens of the Bolshetolkishsky and Danaurovsky rural settlements of the Chistopol Municipal District district, district forester of the GKU RT “Nizhnekamsky forestry” Vladimir Mukhanov - at a gathering of citizens of the Lyakinsky rural settlement of the Sarmanovsky municipal district.
