Today, Head of the Leasing Department of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Akhmadullin gave a lecture on the topic “Organization of an apiary on the lands of the forest fund. Leasing Relations” for participants in advanced training courses for beekeepers under the program “Improving the Efficiency of Beekeeping Development”. These courses are held based on the Tatar Institute for the Retraining of Agribusiness Personnel.
Fanil Akhmadullin told the audience in detail about the rules for using forests for agriculture, the rights and obligations of persons engaged in such use of forest plots, the specifics of concluding forest lease agreements, gratuitous use rights, reporting on forest use, etc.
The speaker also recalled the current rules of fire and sanitary safety in forests, the measures of responsibility for their violation. “Violation of fire safety requirements in forests entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens for up to 3 thousand rubles, on officials - up to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities - up to 200 thousand rubles. In the event of a violation under the conditions of a special fire regime, the amount of the fine increases,” he said.
At the end of the lecture, Fanil Akhmadullin answered the questions of the participants, in particular, about the collection of deadwood in the forest, reforestation and afforestation, changes in forest legislation that came into force in 2022, etc.
