The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on February 14, 2022, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 03.02.2022 No. UP-80 “On approval of the Administrative Regulations for the provision of the public service by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan “Decision on granting the right to harvest timber and preparing project contracts for the sale of forest plantations for their own needs”. This document provides for the invalidation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 11.12.2015 No. UP-1191.

The main changes are related to the procedure for providing public services. Previously, to obtain it, it was necessary to personally or through a representative submit an application and consent to the processing of personal data to the Ministry. Now documents can be submitted without leaving home, through the portal of state services of the Russian Federation (https://www.gosuslugi.ru/) or the portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan (https://uslugi.tatarstan.ru/).

The basic provisions remain the same - if necessary, citizens can harvest up to 100 cubic meters of wood for building a house and outbuildings once every 25 years, up to 50 cubic meters of wood for repairing a house and outbuildings once every 10 years, and up to 20 cubic meters of wood per year. household for space heating once a year.

Please note that there are no benefits to the allocation of wood. The cost of wood under a contract for the sale of forest plantations for the own needs of citizens is calculated based on the Decree of the State Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on Tariffs dated 07.10.2020 No. 107-2/nps.
