Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan: from March 1, 2022, a new form of forest declaration is introduced
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls that from March 1, 2022, Order No. 303 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation dated April 29, 2021 "On approval of the forest declaration form, the procedure for its completion and submission, requirements for the format of the forest declaration in the electronic form." This document cancels the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated July 30, 2020 No. 539.
Now the declaration will need to be submitted at least 6 working days before the start of the expected period of use of the forests. About forests located on defense and security lands - at least 10 working days in advance.
The order will be valid until March 1, 2028. Several norms will become invalid from January 1, 2023.
