In 2022, 162 units of machinery and equipment will be purchased in Tatarstan as part of the regional project "Preservation of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan" of the federal project "Preservation of forests" of the national project "Ecology". These are 9 Belarus-82.1 tractors, 7 LKT-4P fire semi-trailers, and 146 Kolesov swords.
"Thanks to the implementation of the regional project "Preservation of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan", we can timely update the fleet of equipment of subordinate institutions," says Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov. "Tractors "Belarus-82.1" will be used for laying and updating fire-prevention mineralized strips, preparing the soil for forest crops, laying protective forest plantations. Fire semi-trailers will be indispensable in case of detection of fires on lands bordering the forest fund."
According to the Deputy Minister, in 2019-2021. under the national project "Ecology" 164 units of forestry, forest fire equipment, and 649 units of equipment were purchased.
For reference. The regional project "Preservation of forests in the Republic of Tatarstan" began to be implemented in 2019. Its main goal is to ensure a balance of disposal and reproduction of forests in the ratio of 100% by 2024. To achieve this goal, 2 target indicators have been set: "the ratio of the area of reforestation and afforestation to the area of cutting down and dead forest plantations, %" and "damage from forest fires, million rubles".
