In the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Almetyevsky Forestry” there is a collection of cones of Scotch pine

The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Almetyevsky Forestry” is collecting cones of Scots pine as part of the state assignment for 2022. “Currently, work is being carried out in quarters 63, 82 of the Aktash district forestry, quarters 42, 43 of Kama-Ismagilovsky, and quarters 51, 185 of the Minnibaevsky district forestries of the Almetyevsk forestry,” said Vitaly Utnyukhin, director of the forestry. “A total of 14 people are involved.”

“To date, more than 2 tons of cones have been collected. At the same time, the process of drying and processing of cones is underway,” added Vitaly Utnyukhin. “In total, this year it is necessary to prepare at least 10 kg of coniferous seeds. The plan will be completed on time.”
