Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan: from March 1, 2022, a new form of forest declaration has been introduced
The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls that on March 1, 2022, the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation No. 303 dated April 29, 2021 “On approval of the forest declaration form, the procedure for its completion and submission, requirements for the format of the forest declaration in electronic form” came into force. This document cancels the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated July 30, 2020 No. 539.
Now the declaration will need to be submitted at least 6 working days before the start of the expected period of use of the forests. The validity period of the forest declaration is no more than 12 months from the date of the start of the expected period of forest use and can be extended in cases established by the rules for logging and the specifics of logging in forest areas specified in Article 23 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, established following part 9 of the article 29 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation.
