The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan reviewed the results of the work of the primary trade union organization in 2021
Today, the reporting meeting of the primary trade union organization was held at the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event, which was held via videoconference, was attended by the Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov, the manager of affairs Elmira Shagaeva, heads and specialists of the structural divisions of the Ministry and subordinate institutions.
Chairman of the primary trade union organization, head of the department of organizational work Natalya Tyukaeva and chairman of the audit commission of the trade union, leading specialist of the department of finance, accounting, and control Rustam Khalikov made presentations at the meeting.
Natalya Tyukaeva spoke about the implemented measures of social support for trade union members, held competitions, sports, cultural events, interaction with the Tatarstan Republican organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation, etc.
“Last year, the primary trade union organization held the Winter Sports Day “Forest Ski Track”, the action “Help Get Ready for School”, a republican seminar-meeting with the participation of the trade union activists of the forest industry, as well as various excursions,” she said. “Particular attention was paid to the training of chairmen of trade unions of subordinate institutions. In addition, during the year, our trade unions took part in the contests “Best Collective Agreement”, “Head and Chairman of the Trade Union Organization - Social Partners in the Sphere of Labor”, “The Best Commissioner for Occupational Safety of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
“In general, we have completed all the tasks outlined. For the further development of the trade union movement, it is necessary to ensure the consolidation of the efforts of leaders and members of trade unions, to develop and implement programs to motivate trade union membership. We need new approaches and methods,” added Natalya Tyukaeva. “I would like to add that we are always open to suggestions and ready to help.”
Rustam Khalikov presented a report on the work of the audit commission of the trade union in 2021.
Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov gave a positive assessment of the activities of the primary trade union organization. “I thank all the specialists of the Ministry and subordinate institutions for the fruitful work last year. Please don't slow down," he said.
Elmira Shagayeva, manager of affairs, called on the participants of the meeting to actively make proposals and participate in their implementation. “Don't be bystanders, take the initiative,” she stressed. “Only in this way can the efficiency of the activity of the primary trade union organization be increased.”
The event ended with an awards ceremony for distinguished members of the trade union organization of the Ministry.
