Today, the Ministry hosted a meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan on Combating Corruption. It reviewed the results of work in the field of anti-corruption policy for 2021 and the first quarter of 2022.
Elvira Ziyatdinova, Head of the Sector for Civil Service and Human Resources of the Ministry, made the keynote speech at the event.
At the beginning of her speech, Elvira Ziyatdinova presented a review prepared by the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for Anti-Corruption Policy based on the analysis of reports submitted by state authorities and local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan on the implementation of anti-corruption measures for 2021.
After that, the head of the sector spoke in detail about the implementation of anti-corruption policy measures in the Ministry last year and the 1st quarter of 2022.
“In 2021, the sector received 4 notices about the implementation of other paid work and 3 messages from organizations about the conclusion of an employment contract with specialists who previously held public service positions,” said Elvira Ziyatdinova. “For independent anti-corruption expertise, 49 draft regulatory legal acts were posted on the Official Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.”
“On January 1 of this year, another declaration campaign started. To date, more than 50% of state civil servants and heads of subordinate institutions have submitted certificates of their income, expenses, property, and property obligations,” she noted.
The results of the meeting were summed up by the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov. He instructed the staff of the civil service and personnel sector to pay special attention to the provision of information as part of the 2022 declaration campaign.
