Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov made a working trip to Baltasinsky and Atninsky municipal districts

Today, Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Gumerov made a working trip to the Baltasinsky and Atninsky municipal districts. There, he held meetings on preparations for the fire and silvicultural seasons of 2022.

In the Baltasi district, the meeting was held in the administration building in the Baltasi village, it was attended by the deputy head of the municipal district Nail Sabirzyanov, the head of the executive committee Aidar Khairutdinov.

“In general, we are ready for the start of the fire hazard period and the silvicultural campaign,” Niyaz Salyakhov said.

Almaz Khaliullin, head of the forestry department of the State Institution of Public Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Isleitarsky forestry”, informed us about the preparations for the fire hazard period.

Deputy Minister Rais Gumerov instructed specialists to step up work to inform the population about the causes and consequences of forest fires. “According to statistics, 9 out of 10 forest fires are human-caused. Therefore, it is very important to strictly observe the fire safety rules in the forests, promptly notify the state authorities about the discovery of fires near the forest fund,” he said.
