The team of the Lubyanka Forestry College took 1st place in the competition of professional skills in the specialty “Landscape gardening and construction”
From April 13 to April 15, 2022, in the city of Yoshkar-Ola of the Republic of Mari El, an interregional competition of professional skills in the specialty “Landscape gardening and construction” was held. The competition was attended by the teams of GBPOU RME “Mari Forestry Technical School”, KOGPOBU “Suvodsky Forestry Technical School”, GBPOU “Lubyansky Forestry College”, GBPOU “Ufinsky Forestry Technical School” and FGBOU VO “Volzhsky State Technological University”.
GBPOU “Lubyansky Forestry College” was presented by 3rd-year students Snezhanna Kodes and Anastasia Karamorkina (coach - Deputy Director for Educational Work Natalia Serazetdinova).
The competition for professional skills was held in 3 stages. During the first round, the participants answered questions related to botany, dendrology, and landscaping of settlements, in the second - they demonstrated teamwork skills by taking part in a thematic quiz on competencies in the field of gardening and landscape construction. During the third round, the contestants developed and defended projects in the discipline “Landscape Design”, and also completed a practical task for the construction of a garden with an area of 16 square meters. m.
According to the results of the competition, 1st place was awarded to the team of GBPOU “Lubyansky Forestry College”.
