Reforestation engineer of the Bugulminsky forestry Nurfiya Ibragimova shared her experience of the work of the trade union organization at the zonal seminar-meeting
Yesterday, April 19, in the city of Yelabuga, a zonal seminar conference on the development of social partnership was held, organized by the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the Russian Federation.
At the meeting, a reforestation engineer, chairman of the primary trade union organization of the GKU RT “Bugulminsky Forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Bugulminsky Forestry Enterprise” Nurfiya Ibragimova made a report. She spoke about the activities carried out, the implemented measures of social support for trade union members in 2021, and plans for the current year.
“Currently, our trade union organization consists of 66 people, coverage is 100%,” said Nurfiya Ibragimova, in particular. “The trade union holds various promotions and competitions, events dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day, International Women's Day, and other holidays. Particular attention is paid to veterans and home front workers of the Great Patriotic War, as well as veterans who worked for the benefit of the development of the forest complex. We systematically visit them, take an interest in the state of their affairs, congratulate them on the holidays and present gifts.”
At the end of the zonal seminar conference, an award ceremony was held for distinguished members of the Tatarstan organization of the trade union. One of the awardees was Nurfiya Ibragimova. She was awarded a diploma for conscientious work, and active work in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of trade union members.
