Rustam Minnikhanov presented state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan
State awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan in honor of the Holiday of Spring and Labor and Victory Day were presented today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to the most distinguished Tatarstan citizens.
The award ceremony took place in the Kazan Kremlin.
Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that it has become a good tradition to present well-deserved awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan on the eve of public holidays.
“Today Tatarstan is one of the country's leading regions in terms of many socio-economic indicators. Large-scale projects are being implemented in the republic in industry, energy, housing, and road construction, the agro-industrial complex is successfully developing, positive changes are taking place in the field of education, culture, youth, and social policy,” Rustam Minnikhanov said, speaking to the participants of the ceremony. “The support of the federal center and personally the President of the country, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, ensures the implementation of long-term plans, the improvement of the lives of our citizens, and the stability of the development of the republic.”
Very soon we will celebrate Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, the President of Tatarstan noted, to preserve the military-historical and labor heritage of industrial enterprises that made a significant contribution to the Great Victory, as well as to perpetuate the memory of the heroism and dedication of the workers of these enterprises by me the republican title “Enterprise of labor prowess 1941-1945” was established.
Rustam Minnikhanov separately welcomed the participants of the Great Patriotic War and home front workers who were in the hall. “With your active civic position and indifferent attitude to the fate of the Fatherland, you are a worthy example for all the inhabitants of the republic,” he said, addressing the veterans.
“I express my gratitude to all the people of labor who have gathered in the hall today. It is no coincidence that on the eve of the Spring and Labor Day we have a large group of awardees who receive industry honorary titles. Of course, it is difficult to imagine our life without factory workers, oil workers, agricultural workers, builders, engineers, doctors, and teachers. Your success stories are important for all Tatarstan residents, especially for our youth,” added Rustam Minnikhanov.
“Your fruitful work is especially valuable at this difficult time in a tense foreign policy situation. I want to note that loyalty to our traditions and values, and the ability to work together and effectively in one team have always helped us to overcome any difficulties. Only together we are strong. I would like to sincerely congratulate all of you on well-deserved awards and thank you for your contribution to the development of your native republic and the Russian Federation,” the President of Tatarstan concluded.
State awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan were presented to 48 Tatarstan citizens. A representative of the forestry industry was also awarded: the honorary title “Honored Arborist of the Russian Federation” was awarded to Shamil Khairullin, head of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arsky Forestry”.
Shamil Khairullin was born on March 5, 1960, in the village of Shemordan, Sabinsky municipal district. From 1978 to 1980 served in the ranks of the Soviet army, after graduation, he entered the Mari Polytechnic Institute. A.M. Gorky (now - Volga State Technological University). Shamil Khairullin began his career in forestry in 1986. He worked in such positions as forest foreman, senior foreman of the central production site, and forester of the Baltasinsky forestry of the Arsky forestry enterprise. In 2001, Shamil Khairullin headed the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arsky Forestry Enterprise”, in 2007 - the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Arsky Forestry” created by the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan.
