Venera Efremenkova, Acting Director of the Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan branch of the Federal State Institution Roslesozashchita, took part in the Green Labyrinth environmental marathon, held among schoolchildren in the Zelenodolsky municipal district. The marathon was held based on the MBU DO “Creativity Center”.
During the event, Venera Efremenkova told the students about the forest fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ongoing work on the protection, protection, and reproduction of forests, as well as the professions of the forest industry.
In addition, within the framework of the marathon, the specialists of the branch organized an educational station “Lesosemennaya”, where the children determined the species of trees characteristic of the forests of the republic using samples of seeds of forest plants and herbariums.
