Veterans of the Great Patriotic War: Mullakhmetov Mullagayan Mullakhmetovich

On the eve of Victory Day, we are talking about another veteran of the Great Patriotic War, a specialist in the forest industry Mullakhmetov Mullagayan Mullakhmetovich.

Mullakhmetov Mullagayan Mullakhmetovich was born on May 30, 1926, in the village of Sababash, Sabinsky district. He was the fifth child in the family. After graduating from seven classes, he worked on a collective farm at various jobs. At the beginning of 1945, Mullagayan Mullakhmetov was taken into the army. At first, he served in the city of Saratov, then in the city of Rostov, and in the city of Petrozavodsk, where he guarded German prisoners. After the Great Patriotic War, Mullagayan Mullakhmetov remained in the service in the city of Pyatigorsk, returning to his native land only at the end of 1951. Immediately after his return, he got a job at the Sabinsky timber industry enterprise, where he held the positions of a branch cutter, lumberjack, and head of a woodworking plant. Mullagayan Mullakhmetov took a well-deserved rest in 1981.

Together with his wife Nurania, they raised 3 beautiful daughters and a son. To date, Mullagayan Mullakhmetov has 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

“The road to victory was long and difficult. But we believed in it and did everything we could, we had a common goal,” says Mullagayan Mullakhmetov.
