Today Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov paid a working visit to the Cheremshansky municipal district. There he assessed the quality of the forestry work performed on the territory of the forest fund of the Cheremshansky forestry. When inspecting the facilities, the minister was accompanied by the head of the municipal district Ferdinat Davletshin, the head of the forestry of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Cheremshansky forestry” Almaz Mutygullin, and the director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Cheremshansky forestry enterprise” Nikolai Kvakov.
Upon arrival, Ravil Kuzyurov inspected the basic forest nursery of the forestry enterprise, located in quarter 45 of the Kazankinsky district forestry. He was told that this year seeds were sown here on an area of 0.8 hectares. Seeds of spruce, pine, oak, birch, and ash were sown, said Nikolay Kvakov.
After that, the minister inspected the quality of the created forest plantations in quarter 55 of the Kazankinsky district forestry. Almaz Mutygullin reported that this year on the territory of the Cheremshansky forestry, reforestation was carried out on an area of 20 hectares, and protective forest plantations were laid on 20.7 hectares.
