Employees of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tetyushsky Forestry” completed spring silvicultural work
Employees of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tetyushsky Forestry” completed work as part of the spring silvicultural season of 2022. “According to the plan, reforestation was carried out on an area of 46 hectares, afforestation - on 10 hectares and addition of forest crops - on 143 hectares,” said the director of the forestry enterprise Rais Khalitov. “Also, seeds were sown in the basic forest nursery located on the territory of the Tetyush district forestry. We sowed seeds of pine, oak, and birch on an area of 0.35 hectares.”
“In the summer, it is planned to carry out activities to promote natural reforestation and agrotechnical care for forest crops. The planned scope of work is 94 and 460 hectares,” added Rais Khalitov.
