In the MBOU “Leskhozsky secondary school” of the Arsky municipal district, an environmental action “Batteries, give up!”

In the MBOU “Leskhozsky secondary school” of the Arsky municipal district, an environmental action “Batteries, give up!” was held. It was organized by pupils of the school forestry “Heirs of Nature”.

Pupils of grades 1-11 took part in the action, in total 37.5 kg of batteries were collected.

“We hold such actions every year because they are one of the most effective forms of environmental education for the younger generation,” said Firaya Gainanova, deputy director of the school for educational work, and head of the Heirs of Nature association. “At the same time, educational activities are being carried out on the importance of proper disposal of batteries, the need to protect the environment and respect nature.”
