First Deputy Minister Ilgizar Zaripov took part in the conference “Digital technologies in the training of agricultural personnel as a key factor in improving its efficiency”
Today, the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference “Digital technologies in the training of agro-industrial complex personnel as a key factor in improving its efficiency” dedicated to the XXXth anniversary of the formation of the Tatar Institute for the Retraining of Agribusiness Personnel has opened in the city of Kazan. The event was organized as part of the Year of Digitalization in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The conference was attended by representatives of federal and regional authorities, local governments, agro-industrial complex management structures, and representatives of the scientific and expert community, including from the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan - First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov.
During the conference, issues of training specialists in organic agriculture using distance learning technologies, using a hybrid training model in the implementation of additional professional programs for the agro-industrial complex, digital technologies in training personnel for dairy cattle breeding, etc. were considered.
Tomorrow, May 27, within the framework of the conference, the work of the sections “Personnel, economics, and land relations in the context of their digitalization”, “Agriculture and crop production”, “Zootechnics and veterinary medicine” and “Technologies and means of mechanization” will be organized.
