Employees of the Prigorodny forestry and the Prigorodny forestry take care of the crops in the nursery
Employees of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Prigorodny forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Educational and experimental Prigorodny forestry” carry out work on caring for crops in the nursery. “Our basic forest nursery is located in quarter 61 of the Matyushinsky district forestry of the Prigorodny forestry. Spruce, pine and larch seeds have been sown here on an area of 1.4 hectares,” said the forest warden Ilnur Kashafeev. “Currently, work is underway to care for seedlings. We work as one large team, almost the entire team is involved. Simultaneously with the removal of weeds, we apply fertilizers for better seedling growth.”
“We also take care of two-year-old, three-year-old seedlings,” added the forest ranger. “In July, we plan to carry out spraying of crops from pests and diseases. All work must be carried out on time, because this directly affects the growth and development of planting material.”
