Today, a round table on the digital transformation of the forest complex was held at the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event, which was held via videoconference, was attended by heads and specialists of structural subdivisions of the Ministry, heads of forest rangers, engineers for the protection and protection of forests, foremen of the forestries of forestries, directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
During the round table, the issues of digitalization of the forest industry, the operation of the information system for accounting of the forest complex “Avers: Forest Fund Management” and the information system for supporting urban planning activities of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed.
Reports were made by the head of the department of the state forest registry, forest use and forest management of the Ministry Ramil Gilmanshin, the lead project manager of the department of digital development in the field of construction and spatial data of the State Institution “Center for Digital Transformation of the Republic of Tatarstan” Elena Boldina and the specialist of the department for consulting support for users of software products for the forest industry LLC “Avers inform” Alik Khasanov.
Ramil Gilmanshin acquainted the participants of the seminar with the changes in forest legislation regarding the allocation and valuation of logging sites, which will come into force on March 1, 2023. He spoke about the qualification requirements developed by the Federal Forestry Agency and the procedure for attesting specialists for the right to perform work and provide services for the allocation and taxation of cutting areas, the register of employees entitled to perform these works, etc.
Recall that the information system for accounting of the forest complex “Avers: Forest Fund Management” is a software product that helps to solve the tasks of accounting and preparing primary documents, administering budget payments, and interacting with other systems.
The information system for ensuring the urban planning activities of the Republic of Tatarstan was put into operation in 2021. A number of state and municipal services are available to users, including the issuance of permits and commissioning of capital construction facilities, approval of the layout of a land plot on the cadastral plan of the territory, preparation and issuance of an urban planning plan for a land plot, etc.
