The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan outlined tasks for the third quarter of 2022
Today, the Ministry held a meeting via videoconference, at which the tasks for the third quarter of 2022 were discussed. The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov. It was attended by deputy ministers, the manager of affairs, heads and specialists of structural divisions of the Ministry, heads of forestries of forestries and directors of forestry enterprises of the republic.
Deputy Ministers of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov, Rais Gumerov and the head of the sector for civil service and personnel, responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses, Elvira Ziyatdinova, made presentations at the meeting.
Ilgizar Zaripov spoke about the course of the fire season in the forests and the ongoing work on the forest pathological examination of forest plantations. He said that according to the information system for remote monitoring of the Federal Forestry Agency, this year, as of July 4, 288 thermal points were registered on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. “15 air patrols were carried out with a total duration of 74 hours,” said Ilgizar Zaripov. “According to the forecast data, in July the highest fire danger is expected on the territory of the republic. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the fire hazard situation.”
Rais Gumerov dwelled on the issues of providing forest plots for rent, permanent (unlimited) use, gratuitous use, payments for the use of forests, Elvira Ziyatdinova - the results of work to combat corruption in the 1st half of this year.
“As part of the declaration campaign, information on income and expenses was received from 54 state civil servants of the Ministry and 59 heads of subordinate institutions,” said Elvira Ziyatdinova. “In addition, for 6 months, the civil service and personnel sector received 2 notifications from civil servants about the implementation of other paid activities and 3 notifications about the conclusion of an employment contract with a citizen who held a position in the civil service.”
Summing up the results of the meeting, Minister Ravil Kuzyurov gave the heads of subordinate institutions a number of instructions related to patrolling the lands of the forest fund, preventing debts (arrears) on payments for the use of forests to the budget system of the Russian Federation, and strengthening work to combat corruption.
“It is also necessary to continue work on the implementation of measures for the fire-fighting arrangement of forests, the installation of shields and full houses on forest fire topics,” the minister emphasized. “Particular attention should be paid to campaigning and explanatory work among the population on compliance with fire safety requirements in forests.”
