On the territory of the Yelabuga forestry, work continues on the fire-fighting arrangement of forests. “As part of a set of measures, 8 new full houses were installed this year, 12 barriers and places of recreation for citizens staying in the forests were repaired,” said Ramis Gilaziyev, head of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Yelabuga forestry”. “Currently, construction and reconstruction of fire-fighting roads are being carried out.”

“Agitation and explanatory work is also being carried out among the population on compliance with the requirements of fire safety rules in forests,” Ramis Gilaziyev added. “State forest inspectors hang leaflets in special places, distribute information materials to citizens.”
