Specialists of the forest industry of the republic improve their skills
Specialists of the forestry sector of the Republic of Tatarstan take refresher courses. “In order to systematically develop the forest complex and increase the efficiency of work on the protection, protection and reproduction of forests, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan pays special attention to the formation and improvement of the human resources potential of the industry,” said Elvira Ziyatdinova, head of the sector for civil service and personnel of the Ministry. “The priority areas of personnel policy are professional training, retraining, advanced training of employees in educational organizations, creating conditions for the disclosure of their skills and abilities and promoting professional growth.”
“In total, 22 people were trained in the first half of 2022 - these are employees of the Ministry and its subordinate institutions,” added Elvira Ziyatdinova.
Advanced training courses were organized on the basis of the All-Russian Institute for Advanced Training of Managers and Forestry Specialists, the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, etc.
