Representatives of the trade union of the Yelabuzhsky forestry and the Yelabuzhsky forestry enterprise congratulated Yekaterina Strelkova, a veteran of the forestry industry, on her 90th birthday
Representatives of the primary trade union organization of the State Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Yelabuzhsky forestry” and the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Yelabuzhsky forestry enterprise” congratulated Ekaterina Strelkova, a veteran of the forestry industry, a worker of the home front of the Great Patriotic War, on her 90th birthday. Specialists presented Ekaterina Nikolaevna with a gift, a letter of thanks, and wished her good health, happiness, prosperity and long life.
Ekaterina Nikolaevna Strelkova worked in the wood processing workshop of the Yelabuga forestry from 1986 to 1999. “My husband also worked in the forestry for 20 years as a foreman, was responsible for the results of the work of the fellers,” said Ekaterina Strelkova. “In addition to the main tasks, I had to travel to harvest seeds, plant trees, and also for weeding in the nursery.”
“It was not easy in the post-war years, everything had to be done by hand, so I got used to being on the move, I still follow this rule,” added the forest industry veteran. “I also worry about forestry, I am interested in the latest developments and try to stay up to date with all the important news.”
