Specialists of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Cheremshansky Forestry” have begun harvesting medicinal plants. “Currently we collect such plants as oregano, St. John's wort and mint. So far, 50 bunches of herbs have been harvested. Also, the collection of linden flowers is in full swing,” said the director of the forestry enterprise Nikolay Kvakov.
“In August-September, we will start collecting bird cherry and wild rose fruits. Harvested medicinal plant raw materials are sold in our store “Gifts of the Forest”. You can also buy birch and pine buds, bath brooms there,” Nikolay Kvakov added.
