Employees of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Kzyl-Yulduzsky forestry” carry out work to care for crops in a forest nursery. “Our nursery is located in quarter 16 of the Arysh district forestry of the Kzyl-Yulduzsky forestry, its area is 14.5 hectares. This year, the sowing plan was fulfilled by 155%, seeds of pine, spruce, oak, maple and ash were sown on an area of 1 hectare,” said Ivan Bolshakov, reforestation engineer of the GKU RT “Kzyl-Yulduzsky Forestry”. “The shoots are friendly, we shaded them with wooden shields and now we are fighting weeds.”
“We also care for two-year and three-year crops,” added Ivan Bolshakov. “In total, this year it is planned to grow at least 795 thousand pieces of standard planting material.”
Recall that in general, in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022, the sowing of seeds in forest nurseries was carried out on an area of 25 hectares.
