Forest pathologists of the branch of FBU “Roslesozashchita” “Forest Protection Center of the Republic of Tatarstan” carried out work on the forest pathological examination of forest plantations on the territory of the sports and recreation complex “YAN” in the Almetyevsky municipal district. “The main task of the survey was the timely identification of emergency trees that pose a threat to human life, health or property,” said Venera Efremenkova, deputy director of the branch. “These are trees that are quite likely to fall: old, dry, split, tilted, with damage to the root system.”
As a result of the work, 260 emergency trees were identified. In the near future, specialists from the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Almetyevsk Forestry Enterprise” will take measures to clean them up.
