Today, the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Kuzyurov made a presentation at the meeting “Implementation of the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 280-FZ. Problems and ways to solve them”, held in the city of Samara in the House of the Government of the Samara Region. The meeting was chaired by Ivan Sovetnikov, head of the Federal Forestry Agency, and was attended by heads of regional forestry authorities, representatives of industry institutions, the scientific and expert community.
During his speech, Ravil Kuzyurov spoke about the implementation of Federal Law No. 280-FZ of July 29, 2017 in the Republic of Tatarstan. He said that today in the region there is information about 86.1 thousand facts of intersections of land plots with a category other than forest fund lands, with the boundaries of forestries on a total area of 63 thousand hectares. As of August 18 of the current year, 29.8 thousand sites were analyzed. Of these, in relation to 8.2 thousand plots, work was carried out to amend the state forest registry, 161 plots - materials were sent to the Department of Forestry for the Volga Federal District to initiate work to protect property rights and legitimate interests regarding forest fund lands.
“In order to determine land plots that comply with the provisions of parts 3-5 of Article 172 of the Federal Law of December 21, 2004, interaction was organized with the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Protection of Cultural Objects heritage and the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Biological Resources,” the minister noted.
“In general, the issue of eliminating contradictions in the information of state registers and establishing the belonging of a land plot to a certain category of land in Tatarstan was approached comprehensively,” added Ravil Kuzyurov. “In addition to the preparation of acts on changes in the data of the state forest registry on paper, by the end of the year a digital version of the acts will be published, which will contain vector and attributive information about the changes made to the GLR as part of the work to create a digital database of forest fund lands in the territory Republic of Tatarstan.”
