Results of digitalization of the forest complex: 13 public services provided by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan are transferred to electronic form
In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of a project to transfer public services provided by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan into electronic form continues. To date, 13 public services have been digitized. Among them - the provision of a forest area for rent based on the results of an auction, without bidding, the provision of a forest area for free use, permanent (perpetual) use, examination of a forest development project, conclusion of contracts for the sale of forest plantations for the own needs of citizens, approval of acts of forest pathological examination , acceptance of forest declarations and reports on the use of forests, reports on forest management activities, provision of extracts from the state forest register, issuance of permits for the use of lands or land plots that are state-owned, without providing land plots and establishing an easement, public easement, project coordination reforestation and afforestation projects.
“The last three services have been digitized this year. We are grateful for the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan,” says the First Deputy Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgizar Zaripov. “The implementation of this project has made it possible to increase the satisfaction of citizens with public services and reduce the costs of business when interacting with the state. In the near future, it is planned to improve the quality of public services and reduce the time for their provision.”
According to him, in 2022, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan received 10.5 thousand applications for the provision of services, of which 7.4 thousand through public service portals.
